Hi! I'm Joy Nakaatari-Dingman Mental Health Therapist turned Wellness Coach. I believe in the mind/body/spirit connection and use a integrative approach to healing and wellness. I am here to offer nurturing support and guidance. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and have 18+ years in the Mental Health Field and advanced training from the Center for Mind Body Medicine in DC. I'm also a RYT 200 Certified Yoga Instructor. I enjoy working with all ages across the life span from children to seniors.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, connecting with nature , going to the beach, and teaching yoga. I've worked in various settings including residential treatment centers, school based mental health, outpatient clinics, domestic violence shelters and private practice.
I help individuals and empower them to create balance in their lives . Anything is possible! I specialize in mindfulness and stress management, turning inward, slowing down the mind chatter, improving feelings of overwhelm or feeling stuck.
